As the Volunteer Coordinator, Pavenna manages the registration and welcoming of people who wish to teach in our English schools. She answers information requests, supports volunteers before and during their stay, and ensures that their experience runs as smoothly as possible.

Pavenna is the Volunteer Coordinator at NK Seeds. Originally from southern Laos, she now lives in Pakse. A dedicated volunteer for several years, she first took part in our medical missions as a translator, playing an essential role in facilitating communication between local teams and international healthcare professionals. Building on this experience and deeply committed to the organization’s values, Pavenna decided to officially join the NK Seeds team. She is now responsible for managing the registration and welcoming of volunteers in our English schools
