In Luang Prabang, help us launch a new generation of French-speaking tourism professionals.
For several years...
NK Seeds has been supporting young people from rural villages in Laos through their studies. Every year, some of them make it to university.
But once they graduate... the same obstacle keeps coming back.
There is no bridge into employment.
The training programmes exist. So does tourism. So do French-speaking visitors.
But there is no real training that prepares students for French-speaking tourism jobs.
That is exactly why this programme was created.
This programme is the result of several years of experience alongside young Laotians, and of many conversations with people in tourism.
It was designed with the French Institute and many local partners to create that missing link between school and work.

Professional French
DELF preparation and French fluency in real hospitality and guiding situations.
Tourism & heritage
In-depth discovery of Lao heritage, history, culture and guiding techniques.
Field experience
Internships, heritage site visits and meetings with professionals in the sector.
Digital & AI
Mastery of digital tools applied to tourism, communication and content creation.

Thanks to this first intake, she will be able to follow a programme that combines French, heritage and professional experience.
